Ingredients:
2 Sponge fingers
1 pkt Blackcurrant Sugar free jelly
4 Granny Smiths apples
Cinnamon to taste (optional)
10 oz virtually fat free fromage frais
Sweetener
Vanilla Essence
Berries and Mint to decorate
Method- Stew the apples to a puree with the cinnamon
-
Slice sponge fingers and line base of dish
Make jelly with half water.
- Once set whisk in 7 oz fromage frais.
- Pour over sponge
- When jelly mixture has set spread the apple puree on top
- Whisk sweetener and vanilla essence into remaining fromage frais and pour over the apple
- Decorate with berries and mint
Serves 4
Fruit and flavour of jelly can be varied to suit.
