A Family Recipe
Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana, sliced
1 small pot (approx 150g) thick and creamy vanilla yoghurt
450ml (¾ pint) milk
Method- Reserve two pieces of banana for decoration
- Put the remainder into a blender or food processor with the yoghurt and milk.
- Blend for 10-15 seconds until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and decorate with the reserved banana.
Serves 2
Tasty Tip
If you can't find vanilla yoghurt, use natural yoghurt and add 3-4 drops of vanilla essence to the blender with the other ingredients.
