Ingredients:
5oz good cooking chocolate
2 fl oz Cointrea or Grand Marnier
1 x 400g pot fromage frais (vanilla)
Orange segments
Method- Keep a little chocolate for grating as decoration.
- Melt the remaining chocolate in a bowl over
a pan of simmering water.
- Add the liqueur.
- Remove from heat and gently stir in the fromage
frais.
- Spoon into individual glasses and chill.
- Before serving decorate with orange segments
and grated chocolate.
Serves 4 Calories = 209 per glass
