Ingredients:
150g (6oz) cooked chicken, chopped into small pieces
2 sticks of celery, chopped into small pieces
1 small onion, grated
4 tablespoons natural yoghurt
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt and pepper
25g (1oz) bag of potato crisps, crushed
25g (1oz) grated Cheddar Cheese
Method- Mix together all the ingredients except the crisps and the cheese.
- Place in a 1½pint (820ml) over-proof dish.
- Mix together the cheese and the crisps and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake at Gas 7, 220C for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve with jacket potatoes and a salad.
Serves 2 adults and 2 children
