Ingredients:
¾ pt/400ml Tomato Juice
2 Red Peppers
2 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
1 Medium Onion (chopped)
1 tblsp Vinegar
½ Cucumber (chopped)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
Tabasco Sauce (to taste
Method- Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve well chilled with diced Green/Red Peppers and Parsley
To decorate Parsley /
