Ingredients:
1 Onion chopped
2 garlic cloves crushed (optional)
1 lb minced Quorn
Mixed herbs to taste
Seasoning
Can of chopped tomatoes
¼ pint stock (can use Knorr stock cube)
1 can ready made Macaroni Cheese
9-12 sheets of Lasagne
1 oz grated cheese for top (optional)
Method- Dry fry onion and garlic until soft
- Add Quorn and fry until lightly browned, stirring all the time
- Stir in mixed herbs, chopped tomatoes, stock and seasoning
- Simmer for 20-30 minutes until most of the liquid has been absorbed

Liquidise Macaroni Cheese
- Spread 1/3 of cheese sauce in base of deep ovenproof dish
- Arrange 3-4 sheets of Lasagne over the sauce
- Top with half the Quorn
- Repeat layers once more
- Finish with lasagne sheets and remaining cheese sauce
- Sprinkle grated cheese over top and bake in the oven at 190C / 375F / Gas 5 for 35-40 minutes until golden brown
