Getting Prepared

 

 

Before using any equipment and to decrease the possibility of injuries and muscle strains prepare for any exercise by always gently warming up and cooling down for five to ten minutes.

 

This will also prepare and protect your heart.   Doing this should also save you from dizziness, cramping and light – headedness not to mention soreness.
