Vitamin A
An essential for healthy eyes, skin and to promote growth. Vitamin A is an important antioxidant and immune component.

Helps the process of generating energy from the food we eat. Also maintains the nervous and digestive systems

Aids energy release from food and helps production and repair of body tissues. Is also very important for healthy eyes, hair and nails. Niacin Aids production of energy from food, healthy skin and brain function.

B6
Helps maintain healthy skin, muscles and nerves as we as assisting in the production of anti-bodies and hormones.

This is needed to aid the formation of red blood cells and to maintain a healthy nervous system
