Avoiding the caffeine fix

While on holiday, out with friends or simply relaxing the occasional cup of coffee is fine. But on the other hand do you depend on coffee, have a constant flow from the jar, to the cup, to your mouth. If so it’s time to change your habits.

 

Coffee not only depletes you on a physical level but also mentally.

 

One cause known to contribute towards health problems such as ulcers is tea. Try cutting down or switching to decaf and your tea to herbal tea which you can buy in many different flavours, these many believe heal different parts of the body, mind and soul, these options in turn cut down the amount you are in taking of caffeine.
