Wearing perfume is a winner unless of course you are allergic to the contents but if not here are a few do’s and don’ts for you to consider:
DO – Wearing any fragrance instantly lifts the spirits, awakens a weary mind and makes you feel sexy, which enhances your mood.
DON’T – Remember, don’t drown yourself in perfume. A little goes a long way and its better to wear a subtle fragrance than an heavy one. You should also give consideration to others who might be sensitive to fragrances.
DO – Walk through your perfume! Spray it in the air and then walk through the mist for a delicate veil of scent.
DON’T – Putting your fragrance behind the ears is a no-no as the sebaceous secretions from your skin affect the scent. Place it on the pulse points at your wrist, inside your elbows or in the dip of your collarbone.
DO – Dabbing perfume behind your knees before going for dinner is a great idea. As the temperature rises so will the fragrance.
DON’T – Rub your wrists together after spraying on your perfume. This prevents the fragrance from evolving or revealing the individual notes.
DO – Be sexy and wear perfume where you wish to be kissed.
DON’T – Spraying perfume directly onto your kneck can age the skin as it contains alcohol which is very drying.
