Creating a feel good factor
Being physically fit enhances the quality and the length of our lives, not just physically but mentally, creating the "The feel good factor".
With as little as 20 minutes of exercising 3 times a week you can become more physically fit and if you combine this with incorporating extra activity into your daily routine such as walking more, eating better and not reaching for the remote control of the television you will advance rapidly towards a far healthier lifestyle.

Remember that it is a good idea to see your doctor before starting any exercise program, particularly if you have any medical condition, have a family history of heart disease, or you are a smoker.
