Wheelchair Workout
A training method utilising rubber bands and user friendly attachments to provide resistance, enabling wheelchairs to be turned into multigyms allowing the user to have a complete cardiovascular and resistance workout without the need for supervision, assistance or specialist equipment. It is also fully adaptable to the needs and capabilities of the user.

The special attachments allow the hardwearing flexible bands to be attached to not only fixtures, but also virtually any part of a wheelchair irrespective of design. Allowing total freedom of movement whilst at the same time providing graduated resistance. Feedback is continuous throughout every stage of a movement and with the different strengths of resistance bands. it is very adaptable and can be easily utilised to fit in with the capabilities of the user.
