Lonsdale 3 in 1 Punch Bag PU. An essential for every boxing gym. Combines the benefts of a straight punch bag, floor to ceiling ball and maize ball. This unique patented design is constructed with the top ball filled with layers of granules and soft cloth, and the bottom ball filled with soft cloth only. Complete with rubber and leather strap for the lower attachement. N.B when installing bottom bag, straps should be loose in vertical static position. They tighten when bag is struck providing more unpredictable movement. Requires L145 Bag Chains and L138 Rawl Plug. Floor hook sold seperately.
