VAT policy

All our store prices are VAT inclusive unless stated in the individual items description. A VAT invoice will be forwarded prior to delivery via email unless customer the requests a paper copy by emailing us at info@exercise.co.uk. When a customer enters the cashier section of the site they will be presented with an order confirmation that breaks down the gross amount payable into separate net, vat and carriage amounts (where applicable). This is an acknowledgement only.

Receipt of any query or complaint will be acknowledged by e-mail within 5 working days. Customers will be kept informed of our progress whilst dealing with any such matter and it will be resolved no later than 30 days after receipt of said complaint or query.
