Due to the regulations covering delivery of heavier items of equipment we now class delivery areas as Zones. Our Zones cover the following areas:

Are listed as Inner & Outer Hebrides |
| Zone 3 | Covers Inner & Outer Hebrides plus Northern Ireland, Isles of Man & Scilly |
| Zone 4 | Channel Islands |
| Zone 5 | Rest of World for which a quote will be given |
Home equipment products.
A large majority of our prices are inclusive of delivery charges to the UK mainland with the exception of Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Islands and Highlands of Scotland, where in some cases an additional charge may be applicable. Items under £200 may incur a carriage charge of max £9.95 (Zones 1 & 2). In the case of larger items there may also be an additional charge due to the size of goods and the type of carriers required to move the product. Customers will be notified of this prior to process of their order.
Professional and Disabled products are shown EXCLUSIVE of delivery charges and a quote will be given prior to order processing by email or telephone.
Export.
All export orders are subject to a carriage charge which will be quoted prior to your order being processed.
