How to place an Order

Choose the item(s) you require to purchase
Click on Basket Total (top right hand corner of web site)
Log-in if a current member or register by completing the registration format if new to us
Once registered the system will automatically calculate the delivery cost according to address county with the following exceptions:

The delivery address falls into Zones 3 or 4 - a quote will be given by email/telephone
The delivery address is out of the UK - a quote will be sent by email
The item is a larger piece of equipment - a quote will be given by email/telephone

Choose your payment method
If chosen Credit Card payment complete details as requested

NB: Amendments can be made to the order form prior to placing order by clicking the Remove button or you can increase number of items to order.
This web site currently operates in English only.

Receipt of any query or complaint will be acknowledged by e-mail within 5 working days. Customers will be kept informed of our progress whilst dealing with any such matter and it will be resolved no later than 30 days after receipt of said complaint or query.
