EFL operates a privacy policy in respect of customers and prospective customers personal details. Information required for completion of a transaction is:

• Customer Name and Address
• Contact Phone number(s) and e-mail address
• Delivery Address (if different)
• Details concerning payment i.e. credit card, cheque and banker's draft.

The information supplied will be used for the sole purpose of the transaction for which it is required. Access to customers' personal details, as above, will be available to that customer only upon written request. No third party, other than a credit card company where appropriate, shall have access to this information without the authority of said customer. The details given will be kept secure for the duration that they are required.
