Title Of Goods

Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods are paid for in full. The responsibility and risk in the Goods shall pass to the buyer at the point of delivery and EFL shall have no responsibility in respect of the safety of the goods thereafter.

EFL does not normally offer any goods on a sale or return basis other than as stated in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Receipt of any query or complaint will be acknowledged by e-mail within 5 working days. Customers will be kept informed of our progress whilst dealing with any such matter and it will be resolved no later than 30 days after receipt of said complaint or query.
