When it comes to working out, sometimes we need some form of guidance. Sometimes fitness classes are a good choice to help you out, but not everyone wants to go out for a 1-hour lesson. That's where fitness apps come in. There are lots to choose from, but it can be hard to know which ones are good, and more importantly, which ones are good for you. If you can find the right one, they can be like bringing your fitness classes into your home, and many of them are a lot cheaper than a gym membership.

At Exercise.co.uk, we have several fitness apps and memberships that pair with our equipment. This way, you can work out from home with a professional's guidance, and you can make the workout fit your needs.

Own Your Goals

own your goals fitness membership home page

Own Your Goals is the fitness membership from Davina McCall. The membership provides workout classes for a range of exercise types as well as helping with eating and nutrition. All of this is designed to help you on your journey to becoming fitter and healthier.

When signing up, it allows you to personalise your plan by asking a range of questions to ensure the information the app provides you with is what is best for you. Questions such as your goal, your height and weight, your activity level and when you want to hit your goal will help your membership be personalised to your needs and provide you with the best plan to guide you to your end goal.

The Own Your Goals membership also comes with the ability to speak and share your story with others in the community, to help push you on to reach those goals, but also so that you can help others in the same situation.

The bonus of this membership is that many of the classes are paired with Davina's own fitness equipment, which is affordable and space-saving, perfect for your at-home training.
