Finance Terms and Conditions

If your application is successful, your order will be available for immediate dispatch and delivery within 48 hours direct to your door.  To be eligible to apply for finance, you must be 18 or older, in regular employment and have been a UK resident for more than 3 years. Other conditions may apply, we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted. Stock will not be allocated until the application has been completed and approved. We reserve the right to withdraw finance on certain products at any time. Pay on Finance is provided through our external partner, Klarna Finance, if your application is successful you’ll enter into a credit agreement with Klarna Bank AB.

Should you cancel your credit agreement and have already received products from us, then you will be liable to pay in full for the product (unless your cancellation rights apply).

Who is eligible for finance?

Finance is available on products of £399 or more, placed on our website. This amount does not include any additional services and/or delivery options selected.

You'll need to be:

18 years or older
A UK resident for 3 years or more/Permanent UK resident
Be able to make regular repayments by Direct Debit.
In regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in a permanent residence with your spouse/partner who's in regular employment
Have a debit card or credit card in your name and registered to your address and have a bank or building society current account.
Other conditions may apply, we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.

How long will it take to apply?

You should get an instant answer on whether your application for finance has been successful. In some cases, Klarna Finance - our 3rd party financial services provider - will need to look at the application in more detail before making their decision.

What do I need to apply?

All you need to do is fill out the online form at the payment stage and add an electronic signature. It’s important you use your full name and address details and make sure everything is spelt correctly. Please note, this is an online only finance option.

How are monthly payments made?

Monthly repayments will be taken via direct debit from your bank account. Klarna Finance will inform you of the date that your repayments will commence. The first payment is typically due 30 days following the date of delivery of your order.

Will you search my credit score?

Yes. To enable our finance company to review your application, your credit score will be checked to evaluate your credit risk. Credit scoring works by awarding points for each answer given on the application form, such as age, income and occupation as well as information obtained by credit reference agencies. Credit score does not discriminate on the grounds of sex, gender, religion, race, disability or colour.

Can I request a different delivery address than my home address?

To safeguard against fraudulent applications, delivery is only allowed to the home address of the applicant.

Does buying on finance affect your standard returns and refunds policy?

Nope, our standard returns and refunds policy still applies the same to orders paid through finance.

What happens if my application is turned down?

Applications may not be accepted for a number of reasons, including mis-typed information, or not meeting the specified requirements. Please note that other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted.

If your application isn’t successful, you can still purchase the item in full via PayPal or with a valid credit or debit card. If your application is declined, it’s usually for one of the following reasons:

  • You do not meet the eligibility criteria
  • Adverse credit reference agency information
  • Your credit score
  • You are considered to be overcommitted financially; or
  • Your existing account performance with other lenders

If you wish to appeal the decision made by Klarna Finance it’s advised you obtain an up to date copy of your credit report before appealing directly to Klarna Bank AB.  Due to data protection, all customer appeals visit

Can I re-apply for finance if my application was unsuccessful?

Yes. Just because one of your applications may have previously been declined, finance companies acknowledge that circumstances change, and therefore allow further applications. However, it is advised that you wait at least 6 months before trying to apply again.

Can I change my order after applying for finance?

If you change your mind and want to change your products, we will need to cancel your initial order and create a new one with your new products; this is to ensure your chosen products are delivered correctly.

If you've already received confirmation of approval for online finance via (by the time you decide to change your order) then the decision will stand from your original application so long as the order value has not increased. If, however, you then go on to make subsequent orders funded via online finance, then each will be treated as a new application and will be processed in the normal way.

Can I pay the loan off early?

All customers have a right to withdraw from the credit agreement. You will need to inform Klarna Finance of your intention to withdraw within 14 days from the day after the day on which you receive the welcome pack. Contact Klarna Finance directly on 0333 321 6080. Klarna Finance will require you to repay the outstanding balance of the loan plus any applicable interest.

After the 14 day withdrawal period has expired you can settle your finance agreement at any time – upon request Klarna Finance will provide you with a settlement figure and details of how to pay the outstanding balance. Contact Klarna Finance directly on 0333 321 6080.

Are there any other charges?

If you fail to pay any amount you owe under the Credit Agreement by the date it is due, Klarna Finance may charge you interest on that amount, they may also levy additional fees – details of these can be found in the credit agreement.
