About our Weight Benches

We can’t wait to help you pick a weight bench that’s ideal for you, for building muscle or developing strength they’re a phenomenal choice. It doesn’t matter if you’re completely new to training or a seasoned lifter, let’s tailor the perfect fit to your goals.

If you’re only starting out, good news! The most cost-effective benches orientate around beginners, more advanced lifters will need to fork out a little more to ensure you have ample weight load capacity for heavier lifting. This isn’t an exact science but a general of thumb.

Dropping onto our weight benches category can be a ‘wow, where do I even start’ moment, but never fear we’ll help you dissect them. Let’s start with dumbbell benches, they stand-alone without any rack and can be fixed in one-position or adjust to several angles. As the name suggests, they lend themselves perfectly to teaming up with a pair of dumbbells, they’re insanely versatile, and can double up with a rack for barbell training.

Next up, you have barbell benches. They’re easily distinguished because of the rack attached at the rear, throw them together with a suitable weight set and you have yourself a little home gym already. A heads up, the rack’s vary in width from standard, mid-width and Olympic ranging from narrow to widest, it’s vital need to know information as the bar with your weight set will need to reflect the rack width.

We’ve only touched up on the basic differences here, we also have folding, adjustable, flat, ab and with weight sets,  if you’d like to dive into deeper details head over to our weight bench buying guide. We’re determined to help you lead an active lifestyle in a way that’s convenient and sustainable for you, we’d be thrilled to hear from you.
