Free Returns. For 30 Days. For Any Reason.

That’s right, it’s as simple as it sounds. You may be thinking, where’s the catch? It’s not there. There’s no ‘it has to be in new condition’ or ‘we’ll refund a partial amount of your order’. Scrap all that, you receive it, you use it, if it’s not right let us know and we’ll collect it and refund you 100% of the order.

As part of our mission to help everyone keep active, wwe believe it’s essential you have the right products to motivate and move you, sometimes the first choice isn’t right, but we don’t want that to stop you on your journey to keep active.

How to Return Your Order

Returning an order should be as easy as receiving an order, to return your order with us all you must do is:

Large Items

  1. Re-package your product ready for our couriers to collect (doesn’t have to be original packaging)
  2. Email (solutions@exercise.co.uk), message or call our friendly solutions team with your order number to organise your return
  3. We’ll organise a convenient date with you to collect the order
  4. Our dedicated returns team confirm we’ve received your order back in our warehouse
  5. A full refund of your order will be processed within 3-4 working days

Small Items

  1. Email (solutions@exercise.co.uk), message or call our friendly solutions team with your order number to organise your return
  2. We’ll email you a paid returns label to send your order back to us
  3. Our dedicated returns team confirm we’ve received your order back in our warehouse
  4. A full refund of your order will be processed within 3-4 working days

30 day returns start from the date we confirm your order was delivered to you.

How to Cancel Your Order

Mistakes happen, we’re completely cool with that. If your order hasn’t been delivered and you’d like to cancel we make it super easy for you. All you must do is:

  1. Email (solutions@exercise.co.uk), message or call our friendly solutions team with your order number to confirm your cancellation
  2. We’ll contact the relevant courier to bring your order back to us or prevent the order leaving our warehouse if it hasn’t been dispatched
  3. Our dedicated returns team confirm we’ve received your order back in our warehouse or confirm it hasn’t dispatched from the warehouse yet
  4. A full refund of your order will be processed within 3-4 working days

Faulty Product

We’re super strict on product control, but sometimes faults do slip through the net. If you do happen to receive your product damaged of faulty please email (solutions@exercise.co.uk), message or call our friendly solutions team with your order number.

In the event of a fault we will either:

  1. Send out the necessary replacement part that’s damaged
  2. Organise for an exchange of the faulty product for a completely new one

If an exchange is required for the same product due to a product defect, we will arrange for the collection of your faulty product and the new replacement to take place on the same day.

We may use different couriers for the collection and delivery, so we cannot guarantee the collection and delivery will take place at the same time with the same driver.

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow our returns process and feel free to place a new order for the new product you’d like.

Warranty

Every new product on site comes with a 12-month warranty as standard from the date of purchase. A lot of products come with extended manufacturers warranties, these will be stated on each individual product page and are subject to change.

If your product has developed a fault please email (solutions@exercise.co.uk), message or call our friendly solutions team with your order number.

In the event of a fault within the warranty period we will either:

  2. Organise for an exchange of the faulty product for a completely new one
