About our Tone Up

If you are already on a roll in your fitness journey or you would just like to work on gaining better muscle definition, then you are in the right place. Toning up means developing your muscles and lowering the level of body fat as you do so.

Contrary to popular belief, toning up exercises won’t actually lead to you bulking up. To gain the muscle definition of a bodybuilder, you would have to include very heavy weights in your routine, as well as a diet meant to help with building up muscles. Toning up is much simpler than that and it is meant to help you achieve a lean and strong physique. This can be done without involving any heavy machinery or complex equipment. The secret is to remain consistent.

Dumbbells can be partnered up with a workout bench or used on their own. Either way, it is possible to develop a full body workout routine just using dumbbells.

Resistance bands are another great piece of equipment designed for toning up. They can be safely used by beginners, pregnant women and even by people doing physical therapy. Resistance bands are also versatile; you can use them on their own or tying them around sturdy objects around your house to try out different exercises. They are also great for full body workouts.

One of the great things about toning up equipment is that it is not only versatile, but it is also portable. You can sneak in a short workout session even on holiday!
